Position Summary:
The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for preparing, packing, receiving, and shipping customer orders accurately and on time. This role plays a critical part in ensuring finished goods move smoothly in and out of our facility - and works closely with our production and customer service teams to make it happen.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders using UPS, FedEx, and ShipStation
  • Receive and check inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Organize inventory and maintain a clean, efficient shipping area
  • Generate shipping labels and tracking information
  • Coordinate with production and customer service teams to meet deadlines
  • Load/unload shipments and move product throughout the facility
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:

  • Previous shipping experience required
  • Experience with UPS, FedEx required
  • Experience with ShipStation or similar platform strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills required
Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time, Monday - Friday
  • 8:00a - 4:00p
  • $18$22/hour, depending on experience
  • PTO and sick leave
