Job description

Support the full-time staff of the Office of Spiritual Development by completing professional administrative tasks to enhance and fulfill the department outcomes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Professional and friendly attitude to those visiting the LU Send office.

Works effectively as a team member, embracing & fostering LU's mission.

Assist in greeting and assisting guests of LU Send.

Ability to answer phone calls and properly direct calls or questions to the appropriate staff member.

Support and assist the LU Send team/supervisor with daily tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS

Education and Experience

  • Computer knowledge, including MS Office

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professionalism

  • Works well independently and as a team

ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES ESSENTIAL TO THE FUNCTION OF THE JOB

Communication and Comprehension

Driving Requirements

Proof of a valid driver's license, an acceptable DMV record, LU Driving Approval, and liability insurance is required when driving in the performance of the employee's position.
