Job description

Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Job Summary

The Returns Processor is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing returned products. This includes checking product condition, updating system records, and ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and sort returned products

  • Identify damages, defects, or discrepancies

  • Accurately enter data and process returns using RF scanners & warehouse systems

  • Repackage, relabel, and prepare items for restock or disposal

  • Pick, scan, label, and palletize customer orders

  • Assist with inventory counts and warehouse tasks

  • Operate material handling equipment safely

  • Follow safety, quality, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED or 1 year experience

  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel & Word)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting required
