Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Office Assistant to join our team in Circleville, OH. The ideal candidate will support the shipping department by managing shipping documentation, coordinating shipments, and assisting with inventory tracking to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
  • Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory in the company’s tracking systems.
  • Communicate with internal departments and external customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and issues promptly.
