Muskegon, MI, 1st Shift, $16/Hour

Job Summary
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to grow in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a Shipping Office Clerk to join our team in Muskegon, MI. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting shipping operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all outgoing shipments are processed efficiently and correctly.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Shipping Office Clerk, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Documentation & Data Entry: Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices
  • Order Coordination: Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately
  • System Updates: Enter and track shipment information in internal systems to maintain accurate records
  • Customer & Carrier Communication: Coordinate with carriers and respond to shipping-related inquiries
You may also assist with general office duties and support other departments as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:
  • Previous clerical, administrative, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
