Essential Duties:
Under the general supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipping Clerk is responsible for the preparation of all outgoing merchandise on a daily basis and maintains the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
Responsibilities:
  • Reports to work daily and is ready to work at the scheduled start time
  • Must wear all safety equipment (i.e. back support and steel toed shoes)
  • Pull necessary inventory to be shipped based on order processed
  • Once orders have been pulled, Shipping Clerk must seek approval from Warehouse Supervisor and or Warehouse Tech to verify accuracy on items and quantities to minimize any potential errors
  • Package all products to safely ship without damage
  • Create shipping label in computer via shipping program (product is weighed, seal & labeled to be shipped out)
  • If shipping address is showing up as an error; Shipping Clerk must provide Warehouse Supervisor with information
  • Process Call-Tags throughout the day in a timely manner
  • Maintain work/shipping area free and clean of clutter
  • Ensure that all packages are ready to be shipped and are placed on a palette for shipping to pick-up
  • At end of day, all shipped orders must be scanned into DocFlow or next business day
  • Performs any other duties that may be requested by Supervisor or Management
  • Understand and adheres to all of SuperCare Health company policies
  • To remain knowledgeable to date on all products
  • Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment

Education and or Work Experience:
  • Graduate from accredited High School
  • Must be able to lift and carry equipment and miscellaneous items up to 75lbs on a daily basis
