Job description

Wolfsburg West is the ultimate source for Volkswagen Beetle and Bus restoration quality parts. With nearly a half century of high-quality service, we are looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking individual to join our warehouse team as a Shipping Associate.

The Shipping Associate plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed, packed, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
  • Track, trace, and update the status of outgoing and incoming shipments.
  • Prepare shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, invoices, and shipping labels.
  • Load and unload freight shipments and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, tape guns, and large-scale staplers.
  • Assist with receiving incoming products and verifying shipment accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve shipping efficiency and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and warehouse procedures.
  • Volkswagen knowledge or enthusiasm is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in shipping, warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment preferred.
  • Familiarity with shipping software and warehouse systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
