COMPANY OVERVIEW:

PGI is a privately held company, established in 1996.  We are a leading supplier of private label solutions in the automotive industry.  Our focus is on designing, manufacturing and distributing products for automotive, diesel, power-sports and specialty filter markets.  Our supply chain network now branches across the Pacific and into South America.

Job Purpose: Responsible for receiving and entering export orders, reviewing for accuracy with part numbers & shipping terms, logistics, preparing international export documentation, reviewing current freight costs and transit time, coordinating with freight forwarders for shipment, and communicating with sales representatives and/or brokers concerning pricing, order shipments, fill rates, claims, shipment inspections, and reviewing letters of credit

  • At least two years of related export work experience preferred.
  • · Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products is required and prior SAP experience and CRM (Salesforce.com) experience is preferred.
  • · Candidate must be very organized and thorough as well as have a good understanding of current NAFTA processes.
  • · Strong communication skills & the ability to work cross functionally to support sales, supply chain & plants.

Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.

· Strong computer skills, SAP, CRM, Microsoft Office products

· An ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
