Job Summary:

As the Shipping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the shipping department and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products. You will work closely with other areas of the company to

ensure that all production and delivery processes run smoothly, meeting our clients' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the shipping department, ensuring ontime delivery of products to clients.
  • Supervise a team of shipping clerks and coordinate their tasks to ensure proper allocation of resources.
  • Develop and implement shipping procedures that optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and facilitate the disposition of excess inventory.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the shipping team to ensure consistency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on shipping procedures, equipment use, safety, and quality
  • control.

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
