Shipping Department Associate
  • Lipan, TX | Full-Time | Day Shift

Join Our Team:
The Handmade Heifer is hiring a dependable, hardworking Shipping Department Associate to join our growing team. This position plays an important role in preparing and shipping our handmade luxury products to customers across the country.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and works well with a team.
Schedule & Pay Information:
  • Full-time only — no part-time positions available.
  • Monday–Friday Day Shift.
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • Paid weekly.
  • W-2 provided.
  • Opportunity for a performance-based raise after 90 days.
  • Overtime opportunities available throughout the year.
  • Additional earning opportunities available within the company.
Responsibilities:
  • Package and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Print and manage shipping labels using Shopify and ShipStation.
  • Organize inventory, shelving, and shipping supplies.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily shipping goals.
  • Ensure all outgoing orders are accurate and professionally packed.
Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation to and from Lipan, TX.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
