The Shipping Department works hard to accurately ship golf equipment and accessories to our customers in an expedited manner in order to help fulfill our mission of Best in Class service. The Shipping Associate will work within the shipping department to ensure our customers receive items quickly and fully intact. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can succeed in a very fast-paced and competitive environment.

Key Functions, Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Assist in the sorting of incoming packages
  • Assure orders and shipping quantities match picking documents through careful audit of documents
  • Process complete orders by creating shipping labels
  • Assemble cardboard boxes or other packages for shipment
  • Insert items into boxes and packages using fillers and protective padding
  • Affix shipping labels on boxes or packages identifying shipping information
  • Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications
  • Assists in maintaining inventory of shipping materials and supplies
  • Work with shipping carriers to ensure all packages are picked up and loaded in vehicles for shipment
  • Help with or complete special projects at the discretion of supervisor or manager
  • Maintain shipping stations are in working order and stocked with materials
  • May be required to drop off packages at carrier locations
  • May direct others in preparing outgoing and receiving incoming shipments
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
