Position: Logistics Supervisor – Shipping Department
Location: Miami Fl (Doral)
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: Start time at 5:00 a.m.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead the Shipping Department in a company dedicated to flower logistics. This role is essential to ensure that packaging and shipping processes are carried out efficiently and meet quality and timing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily shipping operations.

  • Coordinate and oversee the team responsible for packing and shipping.

  • Ensure orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.

  • Maintain quality control and proper handling of flower products.

  • Address operational issues and contribute ideas for process improvements.

  • Report progress and relevant updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader (preferably in logistics or warehouse environments).

  • Proven experience in staff management.
