Job description

Architectural Fiberglass, Inc. (AFI) is one of the premier fiberglass manufacturers leading the industry for over 20 years in design and manufacture of custom fiberglass in our state of the art manufacturing facility in Cleveland, OH. We custom design and manufacture interior and exterior decorative fiberglass reinforced polymer (FTP) ornamentation for the restoration, reproduction and new construction industries.
AFI is looking to hire Shipping Department Employees to help our business continue to grow. This candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate with professionalism.
This is a unique position that requires EXPERIENCE USING TABLE SAWS, CHOP SAWS, BAND SAWS SANDERS, AND OTHER ELECTRIC OR AIR POWER TOOLS. WE WILL TRAIN ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF THIS JOB. All that is needed to become an AFI employee is the willingness to learn and the desire to put forth your best efforts.
This work involves building crates from sketches/drawings.
Employee will also make templates for PVC and templates for drilling.
Employee will be responsible for cleaning his/her area after use and general housekeeping plus any other duties that the Supervisor may request.
