Job description

What youll do
  • Support the Regional SHE Head in executing the regional SHE strategy and changing agenda.
  • Implement global and regional SHE processes, standards, and programs at site level.
  • Ensure consistent application of SHE management systems across assigned sites.
  • Monitor compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory SHE requirements.
  • Identify local SHE risks and improvement opportunities, escalating systemic issues to the Regional SHE Head.
  • Lead site SHE audits, inspections, and assessments; track corrective actions to closure.
  • Provide SHE input to site projects, ensuring risk management and compliance are embedded.
  • Champion SHE culture initiatives through training, awareness, and communication.
  • Act as primary SHE contact for site leadership, employees, contractors, and external authorities.
  • Ensure timely reporting of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions, including root cause analysis.
  • Intervene and stop unsafe acts or conditions, ensuring immediate corrective measures.
