Join us as a New Grad Registered Nurse!

Available Schedule:

Full time (32 hours) & part time (24 hours) days & evenings! Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required.

As a new grad Registered Nurse (RN) for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, youll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A new grad Registered Nurse (RN) is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community. In exchange, we will care for you, as much as you care for our patients.

As a new grad Registered Nurse (RN):

  • You will be an active participant in the health care team who provides direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.

  • Youre responsible for assessing the patients physical and psychological condition on an ongoing basis throughout the continuum of care.

  • Youll utilize the components of the nursing process in accordance with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of TaraVista Behavioral Health Center.

  • Youre responsible for maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in our core values.

  • You will work collaboratively as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and contribute to each patients treatment plan by helping develop, implement, and document appropriate goals and interventions, informed by patient strengths and presenting psychiatric problems.

The new grad Registered Nurse (RN) candidates will have the following:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred).
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of MA.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Provider through American Heart Association of American Red Cross.
  • Completion of required clinical rotations with demonstrated foundational nursing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.

Pay Range:

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience.
