Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Part-Time OASIS Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home health team. This position is ideal for an RN with home health experience who enjoys flexibility while making a meaningful impact in patients' lives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing OASIS documentation, recertifications, and Start of Care (SOC) assessments accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with Medicare and agency guidelines.
Responsibilities

  • Complete a minimum of 5 recertification visits per week.
  • Perform accurate and timely OASIS documentation.
  • Complete a minimum of 2 Start of Care (SOC) visits per week, based on patient referrals and availability.
  • Coordinate care with the clinical and administrative teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations, agency policies, and home health standards.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation.
Compensation
  • $65 per Recertification Visit
  • Guaranteed weekly minimum pay of $325 (equivalent to five recertification visits)
  • $110 per Start of Care (SOC)/OASIS Assessment
  • SOC visit pay is based on patient referrals and visit availability and is not guaranteed.
  • $500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of successful employment.
Qualifications
  • Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Home health nursing experience preferred.
  • OASIS documentation experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
