OASIS Registered Nurse - Home Health

We are working with a progressive, well-run, and financially stable home health organization serving Pasco County, committed to high-quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55.00 - $60.00 per visit

  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance

  • Voluntary Life/AD&D, Short-Term Disability, Accident, and Critical Illness Insurance

  • 4 weeks PTO (after 90 days)

  • 6 paid holidays

  • 401K with 3.5% match (after 90 days)

  • Full support team

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

  • On-call: 1 week per month rotation

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home skilled nursing care

  • Assess patients and develop care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments

  • Monitor progress and adjust care as needed

  • Coordinate with the healthcare team

  • Educate patients and families

  • Perform diagnostics and interventions

  • Support discharge planning and transitions of care

Requirements

  • 2+ years RN experience, including 1 year in home health or related field

  • Strong case management and care coordination skills

  • Solid clinical knowledge for assessments and care planning

  • Behavioral health or utilization management experience preferred

  • Experience with hospital/ER settings and discharge planning

Qualifications

  • Active Florida RN license

  • BSN preferred

  • CPR certification required (no online)

  • Strong communication and clinical judgment

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

  • Required CEUs (Elder Abuse, Human Trafficking, Alzheimer’s/Dementia)

  • Current TB test
