Position Description

As a not-for-profit community institution, InTouch Credit Union operates branches across Texas, Nevada, and Michigan, proudly serving over 70,000 members in the United States and in more than 20 countries worldwide for over five decades. We are currently seeking a full-time SharePoint Administrator & IT Support Analyst to join our dynamicInformation Technology (IT)team. We offer a competitive salary and bonus incentive.

Education

Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, relevant certification or equivalent commensurate experience.

Experience

A minimum two (2) + years of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, systems support or help desk support experience required.
Ability to administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, Microsoft 365 groups, and collaborate platforms.
Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint administration, including site structure, versioning, metadata, end-user support, and pages.

Required Availability

Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00amโ€“5:00pm. Rotating Saturdays.
Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment, credit union preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services integrated with SharePoint, including Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, Outlook, and the Microsoft 365 admin.
Knowledge of SharePoint governance, information architecture, site lifecycle management, content organization, permissions management, secure sharing, and Google Tag Manager.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in-person and across digital platforms.
Demonstrative experience to meet and exceed goals.
