Job Summary

The Professional Services Engineer I supports client environments by deploying and configuring mobile device management (MDM) solutions and assisting with onboarding and implementation projects.
This role works closely with account managers and clients to deliver technical solutions, provide end-user training, and ensure successful implementation of services. The Professional Services Engineer I focuses on project-based work while supporting clients through clear communication, documentation, and technical expertise.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to deliver reliable implementations, support client onboarding, document solutions effectively, and contribute to successful project outcomes.
Essential Functions:
- Deploy and configure mobile device management (MDM) solutions for client environments
- Support onboarding and implementation projects across multiple clients
- Collaborate with account managers to align technical solutions with client requirements
- Provide end-user training on MDM tools and best practices
- Document deployment procedures, configurations, and implementation steps
- Support client environments during and after implementation as needed
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams throughout project delivery
- Assist with troubleshooting issues related to deployments and configurations
- Contribute to consistent and repeatable implementation processes
- Balance reactive, proactive, and project-based work responsibilities
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT experience with a focus on MDM
- Experience working with macOS and Windows environments
- Knowledge of cloud-based IT environments
- Strong customer service and training skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent
- Experience deploying Jamf, Mosyle, or Intune
- Experience with scripting for automation of deployments
Additional Information
- Bonus eligible, up to 5% of annual salary based on company and team performance
- Work performed at client sites, with option for in-market office use
- Paid on-call participation available
- Weekly billable goal of 36 hours
