Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications and integrations within a Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SharePoint 2016/2019 and SharePoint Online, with a solid background in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and Power Platform tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Development: Develop and customize SharePoint applications, sites, lists, libraries, web parts, and master pages.
  • Configuration & Implementation: Configure and manage SharePoint site collections, subsites, workflows, and features to align with business requirements.
  • Workflow Automation: Build and customize workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, or SharePoint Designer to optimize business processes.
  • Security & Permissions: Implement and manage security protocols, access controls, and permission lists to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Technical Support: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Integration: Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform services.
  • User Support & Training: Conduct user training sessions to promote SharePoint adoption and provide user assistance when needed.
  • Maintenance & Performance: Monitor system performance, perform updates, patches, and backups, ensuring continuous system reliability.
