Technical Skills

·        SharePoint Online/On‑Prem, Site Collections, Lists & Libraries, SPFx, REST APIs, CSOM, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET .

·        Power Apps (Canvas/Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Pages.

·        Azure integration, Microsoft 365, SQL, JavaScript frameworks, Git/GitLab, VS Code, Node.js.

Experience

·        5+ years of SharePoint and/or Power Platform development experience.

·        Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

·        Experience with security, compliance, and data governance best practices.

·        Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver solutions.

·        Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.

·        Maintain detailed documentation for applications and customizations.
