Junior Analyst-Developer

We are hiring a Junior Analyst-Developer to help improve business efficiency through automation and AI-assisted tools. This role combines process analysis with hands-on solution development using Microsoft's automation ecosystem.

You will work directly with business teams to understand how their work gets done, identify inefficiencies, and create practical automation solutions. Success in this role comes from curiosity, logical thinking, and the ability to turn loosely defined problems into working solutions.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving and learning new technologies. Prior experience with specific automation tools is not required.

What You'll Do

Meet with business users to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities

Design and build automation solutions using Microsoft's automation and AI tools

Create internal tools, workflows, and intelligent assistants to reduce manual work

Document solutions and explain them clearly to end users

Test, refine, and improve solutions based on feedback

Support adoption of automation and AI tools across the organization
