Job description

Idealforce has contract position available immediately for a Programmer Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix,AZ. This is Hybrid Position.Please find below additional details about this job.Local Candidates.

Job Summary:

This is a highly complex technical position which oversees and participates in all aspects of information systems technology used by and in support of the Arizona Appellate Courts (analysis, design, development, implementation, and support). This position will assist and take the lead in the analysis, development, and implementation of software and solutions that relate to the continued and future operations of applications and supporting systems.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Analysis and Design: Take the lead in analysis of business operations resulting in documented improvement recommendations and requirements definitions and translate those requirements into functional specifications and design documentation.
• Development and Implementation: At least seven years of experience with systems administration, object orientated programming, relational databases (SQL server) computer operations, systems consulting, business analysis, or related technical discipline in a highly structured systems environment.

• Primary Technology: Ability and proficiency with:
o User of AI tools
o ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, REST, SQL Server, TSQL, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, JWT Authentication, Microsoft Entra ID, Dependency Injection, LINQ,
Async Programming, Swagger, Serilog, Unit Testing, Git, Azure DevOps, IIS, SOLID Principles, and API Security
o Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
o Reading and processing XML messages and schema and generate and consume JSON messages

• Secondary Technology: Ability and proficiency with:
o Appeon PowerBuilder (2022 or higher)
o Hyland OnBase Document Management systems
o IBM or Microsoft MQ Series
o Microsoft Teams and Microsoft SharePoint collaboration tools
o Justice/Government Agencies; particularly Appellate courts.
