The primary role of the Senior SharePoint Consultant will be to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing Document Management and SharePoint 2013/2016 servers as well as back end database systems which are SQL Server 2012/2014/2016/2018. He/she will provide routine support for SharePoint and Document Management environments. Provide software and supporting technologies including code modifications based on requests from CSOSA or changes to the SMART database structure, and support for user reported problems accessing Document Management and/or SharePoint Admin sites. This includes but is not limited to maintaining all Document Management servers including six UAT servers, seven Production servers, three Disaster Recovery servers, and SharePoint Admin servers, including two UAT servers, two Production servers and two Disaster Recovery servers. The candidate must be adaptable and a team player. They must be able to provide sound solutions, while also being open to accepting other viable solutions, working together with multidiscipline development and administration team responsible for oversight and operations of multiple production and pre-production farms. The candidate would need to be diligent in communicating issues, changes, updates, ideas, etc. in a timely manner on a frequent basis. This senior position will analyze and determine the appropriate tools and methods to incorporate into the client datacenter, review the existing server environments and develop a migration strategy for all SharePoint servers/environments to the Cloud. The Senior SharePoint Consultant shall assist in the design and creation of a suite of complementary master site templates for similar customer programs, which will specifically offer document sharing, project details, and administrative requirements tracking. The Senior SharePoint Consultant shall provide technical support which involves the development, maintenance, and support of enterprise SharePoint content and applications as well as the migration of legacy systems. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
·**Active Top Secret Clearance required** At least 7 years of experience within the past 10 years in SharePoint On-Premises and Cloud Development and Administration including:
· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in SharePoint Cloud migration.
· Design and develop SharePoint websites using SharePoint designer or web UI developing tools;
· Development of SharePoint workflows and application development and conversion to Power Platform;
· Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services;
· Experience in gathering requirements and developing SharePoint solutions for business users;
· Experience testing and debugging existing code, updating SharePoint apps and workflows to work with new versions of SharePoint;
· Experience with Windows Server OS, IIS, AD, #.NET, Word Press, Linux;
· Experience with SharePoint Records Management system (Gimmal Records Lion)
· SharePoint Feature/Apps installation and development, migration, integration, testing and troubleshooting;
· Managing and administrating SharePoint servers on premise and in the cloud;
· Installing/upgrading the SharePoint platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries;
· Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet;
· Providing SharePoint support and end-user training;
· Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss;
· Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data;
· Installing features and add-ons to SharePoint;
· Two (2) years of experience with setting up, configuring, integrating and troubleshooting designing web and database servers and middleware (IIS) Additional Information
