Purpose Statement

The Trade Settlement Analyst will ensure accurate and timely settlement of Trade Program commitments in alignment with the annual plan, including resolution of customer deductions and non trade claims. The position manages trade settlement processes, supports financial posting to SAP S/4HANA, and partners with internal teams and third parties to ensure compliance with established policies and performance standards.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

   Manage trade settlement processes to ensure compliance with established trade resolution policies and performance standards.
   Act as the primary liaison and process owner for the third-party partner, including ongoing communication, training, governance, and performance oversight.
   Provide initial and ongoing training to the partner teams and ensure documented processes remain current.
   Monitor daily settlement activity and outputs, escalating invalid or noncompliant items through appropriate channels.
   Ensure accurate and timely resolution of trade settlements, including customer deductions and disbursements, with appropriate validation, approvals, and supporting documentation retained for audit purposes.
   Review and escalate aged deductions in accordance with defined servicelevel agreements (SLAs).
   Manage the identification, tracking, recovery, and escalation of invalid deductions, including periodic review of recovery progress and adherence to escalation protocols.
   Where applicable, manage broker-supported settlement activity and conduct periodic audits of broker documentation and compliance.
   Independently process trade settlements for defined customer accounts not supported by the third-party partner.
   Research and resolve customer pricing deductions, identify billing discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
   Maintain accurate customer profiles, including contact information, portals, and policy requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
   2-5 years of relevant business experience
   Experience with trade management and settlement processes preferred 
   SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel proficiency
   Strong analytical, problem solving, and attention to detail skills
   Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
   Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross functionally
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

$56,015.00 - $75,785.00
