Operations Support Specialist I

Location:

CA - Westlake Village

What you'll do:

As the Operations Support Specialist I you'll manage client relationships, provide quality service, assist internal departments, follow up on escalations, and documentation request. You'll also support ad-hoc initiatives and projects to help increase efficiency and quality for the Operations team.
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis, maintaining specific communication SLA's.
  • Review documentation and requesting documentation when needed.
  • Responsible for 24 hour refund/invoice submissions.
  • Run daily reporting, managing aged loans, complete multiple task daily.

What you'll need:

  • 1+ years of related experience in Administrative Support, Project Management or similar field.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Entry level to intermediate experience with mortgage software (Encompass).
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $24.15 - $27.73 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
