Pay Range

$46,000 - $53,000 per year

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 7 AM–3:30 PM
  • No nights or weekends as part of your regular schedule
  • Overtime available based on business needs

What You'll Do

As a Service Technician Trainee, you'll learn how to build strong customer relationships while maintaining and servicing commercial dishwashing equipment. Every day offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to develop valuable technical and customer service skills.

You'll learn to:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service during scheduled service visits
  • Maintain and service commercial dishwashing equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
  • Deliver products and manage inventory at customer locations
  • Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services
  • Manage your daily route and work independently after training

You don't need previous service technician experience—we're looking for people with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
  • Enjoy working independently while serving customers
  • Have strong communication and customer service skills
