Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, point-of-sale software, or ticketing tools is typically required. Excellent communication, patience, and a positive attitude help individuals excel in handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns. This cross-functional teamwork not only improves customer satisfaction but also fosters a supportive internal work environment.
