Overview: 


Superior Water & Air is hiring a Service Dispatcher to be a central coordinator between customers and field teams. You'll assign jobs, adjust schedules in real time, and help the day run smoothly so customers get great service and technicians stay productive.


Position Mission: 


To ensure timely, efficient, and accurate scheduling of field service appointments by managing technician routes, communicating with customers, and resolving conflicts as they arise. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service, install, and maintenance 
  • Utilize the "dispatch for dollars" philosophy to drive the most positive customer experience and revenue opportunities 
  • Monitor real-time changes to routes and adjust accordingly 
  • Communicate clearly with customers and techs 
  • Track job progress, arrival times, and completions 
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts or delays 
  • Maintain accurate records in dispatch software
