This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work directly alongside the Branch Operations Manager as their right hand, helping drive efficiency, support the team, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
A day in the life of a Route Dispatch Team Lead:
  • Lead, train, and coach a team of Route Dispatchers

  • Ensure routes are built for maximum efficiency and productivity

  • Step in to assist with dispatching when needed or when coverage is short

  • Support real-time scheduling, routing adjustments, and technician communication

  • Help troubleshoot challenges and guide the team through fast-paced situations

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy in scheduling, customer communication, and account management

  • Assist in developing processes and improving team performance

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
  • Full-Time (9am - 6pm)
  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field preferred
  • Experience with computer database systems or software
  • Ability to quickly learn Pest Routes and routing methods to maximize efficiency
  • Strong adaptability and professionalism in fast-paced or high-stress situations
  • Growth mindset with a desire to learn and improve
  • Positive, professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Genuine personality with confidence in office and customer service skills
