Schedule: Day Shift Available. 5-2-5-3 Rotating Schedule.  7-8 AM - 3-4-PM. 

Compensation: $55,000-$66,000 annually
($55K - 60K base + company performance-based bonus)

What You'll Do:


As a Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in our 24/7 operations by overseeing daily and nightly logistics. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling trucks and drivers based on customer demand for timely delivery of loads 
  • Designing efficient daily route structures to maximize revenue per vehicle 
  • Logging and scheduling customer loads
  • Matching loads with available trucks and drivers for optimal usage 
  • Processing and creating freight bills for timely invoicing 
  • Developing shift schedules, including adjustments for days off, holidays, and sick time 
  • Communicating with customers regarding shipment status and any issues 
  • Monitoring product integrity during transport for quality control 
  • Maintaining accurate and updated records for customers and shippers 
  • Supporting driver retention efforts by providing consistent and empathetic guidance 
  • Leading operations and resolving issues with professionalism

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation operations 
  • Fuel Dispatch Experience Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage individual performance
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort with dispatching/transportation systems 
  • Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure 
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization skills 
  • Basic Math Skills Required
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and solutions-oriented

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics or commercial driving
  • Knowledge of federal and state DOT laws 
  • Familiarity with the petroleum transport or trucking industry
