Job Summary

CCI Mechanical has an opportunity for a Dispatcher in Salt Lake City, Utah.  We are looking for an organized and friendly person to join our dispatching team.  As a dispatcher you will work in a team environment to provide service on commercial and industrial HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems.  You will work in a dispatch team to track technicians throughout the day, schedule and create work orders, and relay all job information to the technicians.  You will be the driving force in helping our technicians meet the needs of our customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and prioritize emergencies
  • Customer service representative for the company
  • Primary office contact for technicians
  • Work closely with the supervisors and technicians to schedule work
  • Dispatch technicians to jobs/contracts/service calls by skill level, history of the job, and location of work.

Other Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Create work order numbers and relay all job information to the technicians
  • Issue PO's to technicians
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Service Department
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years dispatch and/or customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
