Service Delivery Manager

Location: Columbus is preferred, also open to Minnetonka, MN, or Chicago, IL

Contract to Hire

This team supports ACH, EDI, mainframe Wire components, and Integrated Payables.

PEP+ skills are a must for this role

Mainframe knowledge is a must

This role has an agile kanban team of several mainframe developers, BSAs, and QA resources.

The team does both Business Discretionary work along with all the Production Support activities.

Fast-paced environment, need to be able to multitask

Able to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders/vendors

Ability to take charge and lead the team

Note - PEP+ (Payment Engine Plus) is a Fiserv core payments processing system used primarily by banks and financial institutions to process ACH and other electronic payments.
