Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end service delivery operations for clients.
  • Ensure services are delivered according to SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve service-related issues.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare service reports, performance reports, and documentation.
  • Handle incident management and escalation processes.
  • Improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Support team management, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure timely delivery of IT support and infrastructure services.
Requirements
  • Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
  • Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role
