Field Coordinator - Senior Specialist

We support a wide range of onsite service activities, including equipment maintenance, repairs, inspections, diagnostics, and field service execution. Our teams work closely with customers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while meeting operational commitments.

As a Field Coordinator - Senior Specialist, you will serve as the central point of coordination for field operations, personnel, equipment, logistics, and customer communications. You will manage daily operational activities through Job Center, ensuring work is properly scheduled, documented, and executed while supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate field resources, maintain workforce schedules, support billing and documentation processes, and ensure equipment readiness aligns with customer commitments. By working closely with field teams, customers, account managers, and operational leadership, you will help drive successful service execution and continuous improvement.

As a Field Coordinator - Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all job activities within Job Center, including job creation, starts, completions, closeouts, and daily status updates
  • Verifying CMP completion and ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of Non-Productive Time (NPT)
  • Uploading and maintaining all required job documentation, service reports, and job summaries
  • Supporting the billing process through job verification, ticket validation, and invoice coordination
  • Maintaining crew schedules, including vacations, training, days off, rotations, and workforce availability
  • Coordinating field personnel, equipment, trucking, and logistics across multiple operating locations
  • Serving as the primary day-to-day communication link between Field Service teams, customers, consultants, account managers, and internal support functions
  • Monitoring job progress and providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating the movement of ESP equipment and related materials between customers, trucking providers, and shop operations
  • Ensuring equipment readiness and shop timelines align with planned field installations and customer commitments
  • Arranging site access requirements, including camp accommodations, vehicle permits, orientations, and pre-access testing requirements
  • Distributing daily job reports, operational updates, and customer communications through Job Center
  • Managing customer surveys and supporting follow-up actions to improve service delivery
  • Creating and tracking purchase orders (POs), trucking invoices, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and other operational records
  • Supporting technical support call routing and coordinating the resolution of customer issues and field escalations
  • Maintaining accurate job, personnel, and equipment records to ensure operational visibility and resource planning
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve execution efficiency
  • Maintaining and updating operational dashboards and KPI tracking tools
  • Assisting Service Delivery Managers and operational leadership with:
    • Monthly operational scorecards
    • Lessons Learned documentation
    • Improvement Action Register tracking
    • Operational reporting and performance metrics
