What will you do in your role?
  • Oversee all maintenance and repairs of stores typically consisting of 300-450 stores.
    • Process service request through review of leases, warranty, and existing work flow timelines in order to delegate to the appropriate party.
    • Initiate, oversee and execute facility maintenance repairs in a cost effective and timely manner.
    • Locate qualified contractors, negotiate costs, obtain quotes, and complete follow up regarding quality assurance.
    • Obtain and supervise third party vendors
    • Evaluate service contract requirements and establish performance specifications and documents
  • Maintain positive corporate relationships with vendors and business professionals
  • Manage and oversee projects that require consistent organization, follow-up, phone calls, and email communication
  • Keep databases and systems current
  • Deliver outstanding service and support to all retail locations by resolving any issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless policies and procedures
  • Directly assist members of management with ongoing projects

Job Qualifications:
  • General phone and email management
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to type and proficient with use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
