Job description

Established in 1994, Nite Lines USA has successfully delivered contract support services to more than 144 government institutions and medical treatment facilities across the country. We are currently seeking Dental Hygienists in Springfield, MO.

Pay: $45.00 per hour.

Sign-on Bonus: $2,500.

Location: 1900 W. Sunshine St. Springfield, MO 65807.

Schedule: Monday-Friday between 7:00 am-3:00 pm with a 30-minute, unpaid lunch break.

Duties:

  • Conduct dental hygiene assessments to identify oral health conditions and communicate findings to the dentist and patient.
  • Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning.
  • Take and develop dental radiographs for diagnostic purposes.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
  • Aid in the management of dental emergencies.
  • Maintain a clean and sterile working environment by adhering to all safety and health regulations.
  • Update and manage patient records accurately and confidentially.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure/certification as a Dental Hygienist.
  • Proven experience in dental hygiene is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in using dental technology and software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A team player with a patient-centered approach.
