Job description

DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Project Administrator in our Springfield, Missouri office!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit monthly billing for current projects
  • Process project related paperwork to include contracts, change order tracking, and lien waivers, etc.
  • Set up and maintain files on sold projects
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Provide a variety of administrative support tasks across the department
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must be technically inclined with strong mathematical and reasoning skills
  • Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
