Easy Auto is seeking a full-time Vehicle Service Contract Claims Specialist for our headquarters in Cleveland, TN. The job duties generally include, answering customer calls, gathering claims details, explaining warranty coverage to customers, documenting important information related to the claim, obtaining repair estimates, and other general office clerical duties. If you have great attention to detail, a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment, we want to speak with you!
Requirements
This candidate should be self-motivated, extremely detail oriented, and have knowledge of the overall clerical functions of an office environment. A professional demeanor, ethical work standards, and excellent communication skills are essential. We are looking for a results-driven individual who requires minimal direction. General vehicle knowledge preferred but not required.
Additional requirements:
  • Work ethic and integrity are a must, along with a strong data entry/customer service background and a great attitude.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multi-task, with a commitment to doing the right things and serving customers.
