The Automotive Service Advisor is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by promptly greeting clients, assessing vehicle concerns, and providing clear repair estimates. This role supports service department efficiency while ensuring a high standard of communication, organization, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index as per Stellantis guidelines.

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their needs and concerns.

  • Conduct vehicle assessments, including test drives, to identify mechanical issues.

  • Provide accurate estimates for labor, parts, and time based on shop capacity. 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service advisor, with at least 1 year in a Stellantis Branded dealership using WI Advisor.

  • Proven track record of success in the automotive service industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Location:

  • Must be able to commute to or relocate to michigan prior to starting
