NOW HIRING: SERVICE ADVISOR

Thornton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Red Lion, PA is seeking a full-time experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships with customers, and take pride in delivering an outstanding service experience, we want to hear from you.

SCHEDULE

  • Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Every third Saturday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and by phone
  • Listen to and accurately document customer concerns and vehicle service needs
  • Prepare detailed, accurate repair orders and communicate estimated costs and timelines
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and technician inspection results
  • Communicate with technicians to track repair status and manage workflow
  • Provide timely updates to customers throughout the service process
  • Review completed repair orders for accuracy prior to customer pickup
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Mopar/Stellantis products and services

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a service advisor or in a dealership service environment preferred, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge; and dealership management system experience a plus
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
