We are seeking an experienced Server/Floor Manager who is passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires actively serving guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring every table receives attentive, friendly, and efficient service. In addition to serving, the Server/Floor Manager will oversee the front-of-house team, coordinate daily floor operations, assist with staff training, resolve guest concerns professionally, and ensure smooth, high-quality service throughout each shift. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and leads by example.
