General Description:
Servers will provide the highest level of customer service and gracious hospitality to our club members and guest's while working in our dining rooms and banquet events
Essential Functions:
  • Serves food and beverages with expertise and gratitude
  • Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating and greets them with a smile and direct eye contact
  • Acknowledge members by their name
  • Maintains specific side work and ensures the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the club
  • Reports to work in assigned neat, clean and pressed uniform. Well groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
  • Full beards, visible tattoos and facial piercings are not permitted
  • Promotes a positive work environment and promotes a positive team atmosphere
  • Sets up and breaks down events and dining rooms
  • Cleans and stocks
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and select Holidays
  • Performs other duties and assist with other projects as assigned

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Must have positive, upbeat, friendly attitude and enjoy providing five-star customer service
  • Must be a team player who can develop strong and positive working relationships with all coworkers.
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Wine, cocktail and culinary knowledge is desired

Physical Qualifications:
  • Must be able to climb stairs
  • Must be able to lift 35lbs. daily
  • Constantly walks and stands
  • Constantly reaches, bends, lifts, carries and stoops
  • Frequently washes hands
  • Hazards include but are not limited to cuts, burns, slipping, trips and falls

Education /Experience:
  • Experience working in food service, preferably upscale or fine dining establishments

Pre-Employment:
  • Candidates must pass through a background check. We are a drug free workplace.
  • Candidates must complete necessary new hire paperwork including; providing two forms of government issued identification and a bank issued direct deposit form or voided check prior to starting.
