FOH/Server Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House (FOH) / Server Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and uphold the highest standards of service in a vibrant and customer-focused environment. Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service

- Manage daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow

- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and professional development

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact

- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the dining area
