Job description

We are looking for a reliable, energetic and customer-focused team leader to join our Boston Pizza Cochrane team in a hybrid FOH Supervisor/Server role. In this full time position, you will split your time between leading the Front-of-house team during peak hours and delivering exception service to our guests as a member of our service team. 

As a FOH supervisor you will be responsible for:

leading and supporting FOH team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations

Monitoring service flow, guest satisfaction, And adherence it Boston Pizza standards

assisting with the training, coaching and mentoring of new and existing members of our host and service team

Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and effectively

oversee section assignments, floor management, side-work completion 

assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and end of shift reporting

maintain compliance with health & safety, food safety, and responsible liquor service

As a member of our service team you will be responsible for:

Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to guests

accurately take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments

maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in your section and throughout your shift

upsell menu items, promotions, and beverages

Deliver exception guest experiences in a lively, sports-oriented atmosphere
