Our solutions are designed and managed to not only reduce costs, but to improve business processes, accelerate response time, improve services to end-users, and give our customers a competitive edge, now and into the future.  Position Description: The Senior Division Business Analyst serves as a strategic business advisor and liaison to Division leadership, integrating technical, operational, and business information to support R&D investment and management decisions. The Analyst translates technical objectives into actionable, data-driven business plans and leads analysis of organizational processes, resources, priorities, and workflow. Clearance:  Active TS Office Location:  Wright-Patterson Air Force Base   Responsibilities and/or Success Factors:  * Liaise between Division leadership and cross-functional technical and business teams. * Develop and support business strategies designed to improve operational efficiency and mission execution. * Translate complex technical visions and R&D priorities into actionable business plans. * Perform cost-benefit analyses supporting R&D investments, resource allocation, and project prioritization. * Lead stakeholder requirements-gathering activities involving scientific and engineering organizations. * Document and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements. * Assess workflows, products, and processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Develop recommended process improvements and support implementation. * Coordinate leadership engagements and events supporting R&D investment and prioritization decisions. * Manage Division workflow processes and oversee receipt, dissemination, tracking, suspense management, and closure of taskers. * Coordinate with leadership to establish OPR and OCR responsibilities. * Provide senior-level analytical and organizational support across multiple simultaneous Division priorities.
