divh2Business Analyst Sr/h2pCollect and analyze business requirements from multiple sources including merchandising, marketing, supply chain, operations, finance etc. for projects by coordinating interviews, requirement workshops, business, and workflow analysis. Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.

Document the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate business units. Communicate effectively with external business partners and internal teams to deliver the projects requirements. Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Experience working with QA for Project Testing and manage Project implementation end to end. Experience in Oracle Cloud Finance implementation is a plus./p/div
