GHGSat offre des services de détection, de mesure et de surveillance des gaz à effet de serre à des clients industriels et gouvernementaux partout dans le monde. Grâce à nos propres satellites et capteurs aéroportés, combinés à des données provenant de tiers, nous aidons les émetteurs industriels à mieux comprendre, contrôler et réduire leurs émissions.

Notre capacité est unique. Nous fournissons des mesures locales à haute résolution des concentrations atmosphériques de méthane et de dioxyde de carbone à partir de l'espace. Cette technologie permet de détecter les sources d'émissions de gaz à effet de serre, de les visualiser et d'en quantifier les émissions.

Responsabilités
  • Participer à l'ensemble du cycle de vie des applications, avec un accent sur le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités et la création de valeur pour les utilisateurs.
  • Développer, tester, intégrer et déployer des solutions backend, frontend et des API.
  • Assurer la maintenance et la haute disponibilité des services web de GHGSat, tant pour les utilisateurs internes qu'externes.
  • Collaborer avec les développeurs, les designers, l'assurance qualité (QA) et les Product Owners afin de concevoir et développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
  • Remarque : Ce poste exige une participation à une rotation de garde (« on-call ») partagée avec les autres membres de l'équipe.

Requirements

Qualifications requises
  • Baccalauréat en informatique, en génie logiciel ou expérience pratique équivalente.
  • Expérience démontrée dans la conception et la mise en production d'applications web évolutives offrant une réelle valeur aux utilisateurs.
  • Solide expérience avec Python et TypeScript dans un environnement web.
  • Expérience de conception et de déploiement de services infonuagiques sur AWS.
  • Expérience du déploiement d'applications conteneurisées avec Docker et/ou Kubernetes.
  • Expérience avec les bases de données et les systèmes ETL, notamment PostgreSQL.
  • Maîtrise des pratiques de développement piloté par les tests (TDD), des pipelines CI/CD et de la documentation technique.
Qualifications souhaitées
  • Expérience avec des frameworks web Python tels que Django ou FastAPI.
  • Expérience avec des outils ETL Python comme pandas, SQLAlchemy ou dbt.
  • Expérience en développement frontend avec React et Material UI.
  • Expérience avec des outils de déploiement tels qu'Argo dans un environnement Kubernetes.
  • Aisance dans un environnement Linux.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, autonomie et détermination.
  • Intérêt pour les technologies de télédétection et le domaine spatial.
