We are excited to introduce a new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner opportunity on our People Experience, Talent Acquisition team based in our Charlotte, NC office. This onsite role offers the opportunity to partner closely with business leaders while enjoying the benefits of a collaborative, in-person work environment. Team members work onsite four days per week and enjoy flexible work-from-home options on designated flex days. To further support the employee experience, Pacific Life provides complimentary parking and catered lunch while working in the office.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Pacific Life, you will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide hiring strategies that support our continued growth and innovation. This newly created position will lead recruiting efforts across a broad range of functional areas, including Finance, Technology and other corporate functions. As a trusted talent advisor, you will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers, leveraging market intelligence, data, and your consultative expertise to attract and secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to hiring managers, advising on search strategies, candidate evaluation, compensation, and talent trends.

  • Drive a structured and engaging selection process.

  • Champion the candidate experience with timely communication and a personalized approach.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Early Career, Talent Attraction, People Experience, and other TA team members to improve outcomes and share insights.

  • Partner with our Talent Attraction team to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top internal and external talent.

  • Contribute to enterprise-wide talent initiatives.

The experience you bring:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • Strength in competency-based interview techniques and presenting qualified slates to stakeholders.

  • Business acumen and influencing skills to guide decision-making and hiring outcomes.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$125,100.00 - $152,900.00
