Our Talent Acquisition Partners play a critical role in shaping the organization by helping teams find the people who will drive the business forward. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys partnering closely with leaders, balancing speed with thoughtfulness, and solving complex hiring challenges through collaboration and insight.
What you will do:
Compass is seeking a highly driven Technical Recruiter with 3 -5 years of experience recruiting engineering, product, and technology roles. This recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional technical talent and work across various other roles as part of a collaborative global TA Team.
This role will support hiring across software engineering, product management, data, infrastructure, and technical leadership roles, helping scale critical teams that power Compass's technology platform.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, brings strong sourcing capability, and acts as a strategic talent partner to hiring leaders.

How you will drive impact:
Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Own full lifecycle recruiting for technology roles including software engineering, product, data, infrastructure, and security
  • Work across other areas of the business (non-technical) as needed to support hiring needs and targeted hiring sprints

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and talent pipelines with a particular emphasis on high-value technical assessment using external tools and or hiring rubrics

  • Manage candidate experience from sourcing through offer

Talent Sourcing
  • Proactively source high-quality technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, technical talent communities, and industry networks

  • Build diverse pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles

Hiring Manager Partnership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and candidate expectations

  • Facilitate interview processes and ensure calibrated, inclusive hiring decisions

  • Drive structured interview practices and consistent evaluation

Process Excellence
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and recruiting metrics

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage

  • Contribute to improving recruiting workflows, tools, and hiring efficiency

What we are looking for:
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting technical or product roles

  • Experience recruiting for roles such as: Software Engineering, Product Management, Data / Analytics, Infrastructure / DevOps

  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms

  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment advising on including technical assessment processes

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to influence hiring managers and drive hiring outcomes

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
