JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working closely with Talent Acquisition Leadership and Hiring Leaders, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner acts as a strategic business partner to understand Emory Healthcare's staffing demands and develops proactive, innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire diverse and top talent.

In partnership with Talent Acquisition Leadership, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will:

Lead coordination for job fairs, events, and conferences Train and mentor team members Operate as a subject matter expert Conduct intake sessions Develop strategic and proactive sourcing strategies Interview and assess candidates Review compensation for assigned service lines throughout Emory Healthcare Partner with leadership on recruitment-specific projects as required Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations and EHC policies in the employment process Perform related responsibilities as required

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Other education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Four (4) years in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Customer Service, or related field Demonstrated experience in full-desk recruitment, including knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, job offer negotiation skills, and consultative partnership Experience with applicant tracking, CRM, HRIS, and/or customer tracking databases to manage data and candidate relationships Foundational knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong organizational skills High skill level in customer service Effective presentation skills Detail-oriented with the ability to establish service level agreements and meet or exceed customer expectations Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive excellence Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including fact-finding, influencing, listening, and problem-solving Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, hiring leaders, vendors, and senior leaders across the organization Maintains a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced work environment Ability to influence hiring leaders to move quickly in selection and offer stages to optimize the opportunity to hire top candidates Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
