M-Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Westerville, Ohio. We provide comprehensive engineering services across structural, industrial, mechanical, electrical, and technology disciplines, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to clients throughout a wide range of industries.

Position Summary

The Senior Structural Engineer will serve as a technical leader responsible for the analysis, design, coordination, and delivery of building and industrial facility projects. This individual will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, oversee project execution, interface with clients, and ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and project objectives.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer with a strong background in structural consulting, experience leading projects from concept through construction, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop structural systems utilizing steel, concrete, masonry, and other construction materials.

  • Perform structural assessments, investigations, and rehabilitation design for existing structures.

Required QualificationsEducation

Experience
  • 12+ years of structural engineering experience in a consulting engineering environment.

Licensure
