We zoeken een ervaren persoon om bij te dragen aan de groei van het IT Strategy Office.

  • Sterke ervaring in coördinatie van een breed scala aan stakeholders (solution architects, projectmanagers, IT-managers, ...) om deliverables, updates en inzichten te consolideren
  • Ondersteunen van het IT Strategy Office team bij de voorbereiding van diverse governance bodies (inputs, agenda's, uitnodigingen, notuleren, opvolging van acties)
  • Voorbereiden en ontwikkelen van presentatiemateriaal voor senior management, inclusief het verzamelen van input van stakeholders om de inhoud te finaliseren
  • Optreden als lid van het IT Strategy Office, met leiding over enkele strategische onderwerpen van de backlog (o.a. coördinatie van het IT 4 IT budget of het behouden van het overzicht over alle AI-gerelateerde initiatieven)
  • Volgen van de voortgang over meerdere werkstromen en initiatieven om tijdige voltooiing te verzekeren, inclusief coördinatie en opvolging met tribe architects, lead architects, andere leden van het IT Strategy Office en relevante stakeholders
  • Bijdragen aan de review van IT SO deliverables om kwaliteit, structuur, consistentie, adequate review en publicatie te garanderen. Uitdagen van aannames, storytelling en conclusies om de hoogste kwaliteit van output te waarborgen
  • Voorbereiden van verschillende transversale Initiative Boards (project stuurgroep)
  • Assisteren bij kritisch denken, onderzoek, analyse, communicatie en verandermanagement
  • Verbeteren van diverse governance structuren zoals IT Strategy uitvoering, IT Strategy Board, IT SO backlog management en IT4IT projectportfolio, om te verzekeren dat onderwerpen op tijd en volgens verwachtingen worden geleverd
  • Beheren van de IT SO backlog
  • Ondersteunen van de formalisatie van de IT-strategie voor het hoofdkantoor
  • Kennis van Nederlands, Engels en actieve kennis van ten minste één van Frans of Nederlands
