bringing brands to life across a multidisciplinary range of work, including live events,

presentations, digital, print, and environmental design.

You will collaborate with Executive Producers, Art Directors, Animators, and Producers to

develop the creative foundation for events, experiences, and activations from branding and

creative assets. If you are passionate about visual storytelling, layout, and creating cohesive

design systems, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Visual Design

• Design logos, visual identities, and graphics for conferences, meetings, and live events.

• Develop branding that extends across media assets, signage, environmental graphics, print

collateral, and presentation graphics.

• Create supporting graphic elements, iconography, illustrations, and other visual assets that

strengthen each event’s creative direction.

• Ensure visual consistency across all creative deliverables and brand touchpoints.

• Develop storyboards for video, motion graphics, and multimedia content.

• Create cohesive designs that can scale across multiple mediums and project needs.

Presentation & Event Graphics

• Design high-impact presentation graphics that support keynotes, general sessions, client

presentations, and internal creative reviews.

• Create event graphics and branded assets that support the attendee experience across live,

digital, and environmental touchpoints.

• Apply strong typography, hierarchy, composition, and layout principles to all presentation and

event materials.

Storyboards & Motion Support

• Develop storyboards for video, motion graphics, and multimedia content.

• Design graphics that support animation and motion design teams throughout production.

• Collaborate with editors, animators, and motion designers to ensure design intent is carried

through execution.

Print & Production Design

• Create production-ready artwork for print, signage, event collateral, and branded materials.

• Design multi-page layouts, including guides, agendas, and other event materials.

• Apply a strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, and print production best practices.

• Prepare organized, accurate files for production and vendor handoff.

• Support large-format graphics, scenic environments, and event signage when needed.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Executive Producers, Art Directors, Producers, Editors, and Motion Designers

from concept through execution.

• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.

• Balance multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

• Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while preserving the integrity of the creative vision.

• Work efficiently within established timelines, brand standards, and production schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with experience supporting

events, conferences, brand activations, or experiential environments.

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating branding, logo design, visual identity, presentation design,

print layout, storyboards, and creative thinking.

• Strong experience designing logos and building cohesive visual systems.

• Excellent typography, composition, color, and layout skills.

• Strong experience designing presentation graphics.

• Strong understanding of print production and file preparation.

• Experience creating storyboards for video or motion graphics.

• Experience supporting conferences, meetings, or live events.

• Experience designing for large-format graphics, scenic environments, or event signage.

Software

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.

• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics workflows is a plus.

The Ideal Candidate
