Requires candidates local to Waukesha, WI or willing to relocate immediately and work onsite from Day 1 for the entire engagement.

IntroductionThe UX Designer will play a crucial role in our team, working on creating user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience of our products. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research, testing, and iterate on designs to meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities- Conduct user research and interviews to understand user behaviors and needs
- Perform usability testing and card sorting to validate design decisions
